1. Construction

• Inner Tube: Made from high-quality synthetic rubber (SBR or NR), which provides excellent abrasion resistance and wear protection. The inner tube ensures the hose can handle abrasive materials without degrading quickly, ensuring smooth and consistent material flow.
• Reinforcement: Reinforced with layers of high-tensile synthetic textile plies or steel wire helix (depending on the application) to provide strength and prevent the hose from collapsing or kinking during discharge operations. This reinforcement allows the hose to handle high-pressure applications and rough use.
• Outer Cover: The outer cover is made from weather-, ozone-, and abrasion-resistant synthetic rubber, offering protection against external wear and environmental conditions, such as UV exposure, rough handling, and outdoor use.

• Length: Standard lengths vary, typically available in 10 to 40 meters, with custom lengths offered depending on the operational needs.

3. Working Pressure

• The hose is designed for medium- to high-pressure applications, with working pressures typically ranging from 5 to 15 bars (72 to 217 psi), depending on the hose size and construction.
• Burst Pressure: The burst pressure is usually 3 times the working pressure, ensuring reliability and safety under tough conditions.

4. Abrasion Resistance

• The inner tube is highly resistant to abrasion, making it ideal for the discharge of abrasive materials like sand, cement, gravel, and slurry. This wear resistance helps extend the lifespan of the hose, reducing the need for frequent replacements.
